Plot: Bill takes Nicki and Cara Lynn to Washington, D.C., where he seeks
support from a congressman (Perry King), but gets off on the wrong foot
with a heavyweight lobbyist (Sissy Spacek). Meanwhile, Alby wrestles
with his father s legacy while growing ever fonder of Dale, and Barb and
Sarah conduct sensitivity-training seminars at the casino.
